After retirement from the corporate world in 2008, I got seriously involved in a lifelong passion for photography. While family visits to northern Michigan in the summer months still provide great photographic opportunities, I also enjoy capturing landscapes and nature settings in all geographies.
Capturing images involves much more than pressing the camera’s shutter button. From set up, composition, technical aspects of the camera through post processing, each play an important role to get the final image. I particularly enjoy post processing, including HDR (high dynamic range) to present an image of what our eyes see through the lens.
We were very fortunate to have joined Exclusive Resorts (www.exclusiveresorts.com) for 7 years which has enabled us to travel to some really great places.
